This is why we made MTE in the first place. The all-new Sk8-Hi MTE-2 is made for excitement and advanced levels of day-to-day versatility. It combines over 25 years of Vans snowboard boot history and technology into a classic style that you can trust. The new MTE-2 outsole is made with All-TracTM, an exclusive all-weather rubber blend that makes the shoe much more flexible and improves its grip in all kinds of weather. To keep you dry, the HydroGuardTM 360o waterproof fabric is there. The PrimaLoft® zonal insulation package for cold weather thermoregulation will keep you warm, and the moulded UltraCushTM sockliner with an OrthoLite® topsheet is there to keep you comfortable. The long-lasting, water-resistant leather and cloth uppers give these shoes a classic Vans look while also making them very comfortable for cold weather. You can go out with confidence knowing that every stitch of your gear was put on purpose to give you the most options, whether you're climbing snow-capped peaks or enduring a wet commute. In the end, we know it was never about getting there. What it's about are the things you make up as you go.
