According to Vans archives, the Rowley XLT LX shoe was first released in 2001 as a signature style. The Rowley XLT is a classic style from the 90s and 2000s that will never go out of style. It has a puffy tongue, lower vamp and bulky ankle collar, all inspired by the skate scenes of those years.
