The Rowley is back, and to mark the 20th anniversary of its first release, it comes in two colorways that Rowley helped create in the early 2000s. "66/99" is written on the heel of each shoe. This is the year that Vans started and the year that the first Rowley shoe came out. It has a strong leather upper, synthetic details, the famous Vans side stripe, and rubber waffle outsoles.
