Now, with the Rowan 2, his second signature skate shoe, he's adding another part to his story.

That's why Vans worked with Rowan to make the Rowan 2. It's an improvement on his first signature skate shoe, with changes made to both the look and the way it works to help Rowan keep pushing progress. The Rowan 2 is based on old-school court shoes and is made with ImpactWaffle technology, which is a mix of Vans' dual-density impact cushioning and SickStick rubber. It offers great impact protection without losing boardfeel.

• SICKSTICK: The Rowan 2 SickStick™ rubber cupsole features a zonal tread design in the forefoot for enhanced grip and board control, with a reversed waffle tread pattern in the heel to increase the longevity of the shoe.
• DURACAP: Exposed Duracap™ on the uppers for maximum durability against wear and tear.
• RECYCLED SOCKLINER: An additional layer made of 98% recycled materials has been added on top of a molded midsole for added comfort.
