Finally a skate shoe adapted to your needs! The first skate shoe designed from the ground up for kids is the Nike SB Day One. Its Zoom Air unit and skate-specific tread give you the cushioning and grip you need to keep pushing and attempting new feats. To help them breathe, we placed mesh on top and the sturdy suede overlays break down quickly to give you that beloved film and feel.

Feeling on board

We understand the importance of having a feel for the board under your feet, as this makes it easier to control the board. The better the board feel, the lighter and more flexible the shoe. In order to lighten the overall weight and improve the flexibility of these shoes, we removed as much extra foam as possible.

Robust and permeable

Sturdy suede overlays break in easily to help you achieve the desired film and feel. Because mesh allows for increased ventilation, warm feet will never force you to cut short your skate session.

Cupsol sole construction? How come this is the case?

To create these shoes we used a procedure known as cupsole manufacturing. This indicates that the top and bottom of the shoe are two independent components assembled together.

Additional benefits

Rubber-dipped lace tips give strength and prevent it from fraying.
These are easier to put on thanks to the suede pull button on the heel.
